Arrivals-

January 4: Arrival in Lima & Transfer to Hotel

Our tour professionals will greet us upon arrival at the Lima airport. Our private transfer will bring us to your confirmed Lima hotel. Here we’ll be briefed about our trip and provided with everything needed for our upcoming journey.

After that, we can take the rest of the day to check out Lima and the amazing ocean and cliffs it sits on. Then we can meet back for dinner and drinks and  say our “Nice to meet you's”. After that, take the evening as you wish.

Transfer to Paracas-

January 5: Arrival to Paracas & Sunset Yoga

We get picked up from our hotel in Lima in the late morning by our driver for our transfer to Paracas in a comfortable private van. The scenic route along the Pan-American Highway to Paracas takes you away from the busy city streets of Lima and down the southern desert coast of Peru. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean along the drive to your hotel in Paracas. The national reserve located nearby your hotel was established in 1975 to protect the area's rich aquatic ecosystem and marine wildlife.

Nazca Lines-

January 6: Nazca Lines Flyover Tour & Free Day

Today, we will meet you to be transferred to the Pisco Airport. Board a small plane and set out on your awe-inspiring flight over the Nazca Lines. The Condor, Hummingbird, and Monkey are among the famous glyphs that can be viewed from the plane. After landing, transfer back to your hotel. Relax by the pool and enjoy the rest of the day. We will meet for yoga in the evening over Paracas Bay.

*Please note that passengers weighing more than 220 lbs (100 kgs) are required to pay for a second seat on the Nazca Lines overflight.

Cusco Peru-

January 7: Return to Lima & Fly to Cusco

We will enjoy your last morning in Paracas. Then, meet our private transfer to ride to Lima airport. Fly from Lima to Cusco (about a 1 hr flight). Upon arrival at the airport, meet an Inca Expert Travel representative for the short drive to your hotel in the historic center. Along the way, you will see stunning examples of the city’s hybrid Spanish-Inca architecture.

You have the rest of the afternoon to explore the city. Remember to take it easy on your first day at high altitude.

Sacred Valley-

January 9: Private Sacred Valley Tour

 We will meet our guide to begin an exploration of the Sacred Valley. The Sacred Valley weaves from Cusco to Machu Picchu. Your private tour visits the concentric circle terraces of Moray which descend nearly 500 feet into the earth, the multi-hued salt pans of Maras, and the monolithic fortress ruins of Ollantaytambo.

Transfer back to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. We will meet for yoga in the evening.

Machu Picchu-

January 10: Private Machu Picchu Tour

Our day begins with an early morning train, followed by a 20-minute bus transfer up to the ruins. Your tour guide will lead you on an unforgettable walk through Machu Picchu’s stone-lined paths, along the terrace edges, to the base of structures that testify to the extraordinary skill of its builders.

When we are done we’ll  board the shuttle bus back to town and make your way to the train station for your return to Cusco. On arrival, meet your driver for a transfer to your hotel. Have our last dinner together and yoga session.

Heading Home-

January 11: Departure from Cusco

Enjoy a final breakfast and yoga at your Cusco hotel. Then meet our representative for a transfer to the airport to begin your journey back home.

BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT HOME FROM LIMA LATE IN THE DAY. WE WILL BE GETTING BACK TO LIMA AROUND NOON.

Transportation-

WE WILL FLY FROM LIMA TO CUSCO AND BACK ON LOCAL AIRLINES.

WHEN MOVING FROM CUSCO TO MACHU PICCHU, WE WILL BE TAKING AN EARLY TRAIN AND A BUS.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE SIX MONTHS REMAINING ON YOUR PASSPORT BY THE TIME YOU ENTER PERU.  OTHERWISE, YOU MUST RENEW YOUR PASSPORT BEFORE TRAVELING.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

The Booking Contract  

I AM USING MULTIPLE COMPANIES TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. SO TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR THIS ONE. $1550 is the NON-refundable deposit of 30% as we need to hold hotels and domestic flights. It will be transferable unto 60 days prior to our trip. If you want to gift it or sell your spot to someone else, you can up to 60 days prior to leaving on October 3rd, 2024. The total will be due regardless by October 3rd. Regardless, the deposit is non-refundable, and the balance is Due by October 3rd. If we can sell your spot for the full price, I will give a full refund. If I sell it at a discount, the discount will come out of the $1550 deposit. Once that deposit comes to me, I will transfer it to INCA EXPERT AND PERU FOR LESS to manage local logistics.

Changes by the Client

Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person signing the booking form. For any change by the Client to the itinerary after receiving a confirmed Travel Program from Peru for Less, a US$35 changing fee will be charged plus any costs or charges which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the amendment. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their availability cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution of Client

If any member of your party is prevented from traveling, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person, provided that written notice is given at least 30 days prior to departure. An administration fee of US$50 will be levied plus any costs imposed by Peru for Less suppliers.

Cancellations-

Cancellation by the Client

The client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Peru for Less in writing. Deposit paid to reserve trip is non-refundable. Payments for flights, cruises, some train services and Inca Trail bookings are non-refundable due to airline and operator policies. All other reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the tour are subject to the following cancellation fees:
